Who’s ready to kiss 2017 goodbye & ring in the New Year? We are going to try and stay up until midnight…which hasn’t happened in like 3 years. Nate bought passes to Snow Creek in Weston, MO & we planned to use them tonight BUT it’s -8 in KC sooo….our plans changed. Luckily I had a back-up plan with some fun activities for the entire family. This year Ayden is 2 & definitely more aware of all the Christmas fun compared to last year! Ayla, my 4 year old is completely obsessed with Elf on the Shelf, Christmas movies & singing Christmas carols! It makes the season all the more fun seeing their excitement! I know sometimes the holiday season can get busy & crammed with just running from here to there, so I try to take one or two days to make it a fun, adventurous time for the girls!
